MICHELLE WILLIAMS

Hello, my name is Michelle Williams and I have been a passionate group fitness instructor for the past three years. I strive on building a strong, supportive community through movement and strength. I’ve had the honor of serving my community as a instructor by, helping individuals grow stronger physically and mentally.

My passion is creating an uplifting, high energy environment, where every fitness level feels welcomed. I believe Fitness is more than a workout, it’s a lifestyle that build confidence, discipline, and community. In this class, we will focus on strength and conditioning mobility , flexibility, and building a stronger core. Also, in this class, we don’t just build strength in our bodies. We grow strong in faith too as we move. We trust God to guide us know that each step is both a physical and spiritual journey.

You will boost your energy and have fun doing it whether you’re just starting your fitness routine journey or looking to level up your routine.
